Located just outside Jacksonville, Florida, Diamond D Ranch  is now home to one of the fastest courses on the Spartan Trail circuit.

With minimal elevation gain and plenty of non-technical sections, this is the perfect place to dust the winter cobwebs off and give your legs a first speed test of the year. But don’t settle into that pace too quickly, because this course also boasts some tricky, ankle-biting terrain, and of course, a good bit of muddy running. It is Florida, after all.
