EL EVENTO

Shinshiro City, Aichi Prefecture, where “SHINSHIRO SPARTAN TRAIL CLASSIC -WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP EVENT” will be held this time, is famous for the history of the Japanese war in which the Oda -Tokugawa forces and the Takeda forces fought over Mikawa Kuni Nagashino Castle on June 19, 1575.

At an altitude of 695m, “Sacred Peak Horaijiyama” rises, and there are many historical places related to a very famous Shogun, Ieyasu Tokugawa, such as Horaiji Temple, Toshogu Shrine, and Nagashino Castle. In addition, it is a treasure trove of nature as the 64m-long “Atera no Nanataki”, which has been designated as one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan, and the “Chiiwakyo”, a gorge with various large and small caves and amazing huge rocks.
